if your  USB capacity reduction. (4GB->1GB)
you should restore your USB.

1.open windows CMD and following command

• diskpart 
• list disk 

2.and chose want to restore USB number(0 or 1 or 2)

• select disk XX (XX=0 or 1 or 2 or ...) 
• clean
